Return Policy

You may return any product ordered within 14 days from the receipt of your order, and not from the date of your return request.

At Easy Dressing, we want you to be perfectly satisfied. If an item does not suit you, you can return it easily.

1. How to make your return?

The process is handled directly from your customer account:

  1. Log in to your account: Click the "Account" icon on our store or go to your orders page.

  2. Select the order: Click the relevant order and choose the "Request a return" option.

  3. Choose the items: Select the products you wish to send back to us along with the reason for the return.

  4. Ship your parcel: Once the request has been submitted, YOU DO NOT NEED TO WAIT FOR OUR APPROVAL if you are within the 14-day window. You may return your parcel by COLISSIMO only (in order to ensure proper handling of returns) to this address:

2. Costs and shipping method

Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility. We do not provide a return label; you must obtain one on the Colissimo website or at a post office.

As an independent brand, this choice allows us to keep offering fair and affordable prices all year round.

  • Carrier: returns must be made via Colissimo, directly from home.

  • Label: We do not provide a return label. You can purchase one on the Colissimo.fr website or at a post office.

  • Identification: Please include in your parcel your last name, first name, and order number so that we can identify you and process your return quickly.

3. Return conditions

For your refund to be accepted, the items must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be new, unworn, and unwashed.

  • Items must be free of any odor (laundry detergent, tobacco, cooking).

  • Items must come with their original tags.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

4. Refunds and exchanges

If your return meets the conditions above, we will refund you the price of the products (excluding the initial shipping costs).

  • Shipping: When free shipping was applied to your order, and a return brings the total below the free-shipping threshold, the initial shipping costs may be deducted from the refund (€3.90 Mondial Relay / €7.50 Colissimo).

  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or color, simply return the relevant item and then place a new order on our website.

5. Processing times

Returns are inspected upon receipt. The refund is issued within 5 to 7 business days. You will receive an email as soon as the refund has been requested. We remain at your disposal if needed.
