How to order from Easy Dressing?

Select your items, choose your size, add them to your cart, and then securely complete your order.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once the order is confirmed, it is quickly prepared. Contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp, and we will do our best.

I haven't received the confirmation email, what should I do?

Check your spam. If necessary, contact us and we will confirm your order.

What are the delivery times?

Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery times then vary depending on the carrier, i.e., 2 days with Colissimo, 3-5 business days with Mondial Relay.

How do I choose my size?

Check the size guide available on each product page. If in doubt, take a size down as our products generally run large.

How do your styles fit?

Our models fit from true to size to large. Never small. Dresses have fluid, elastic cuts for added comfort. If you are between 2 sizes, take the smaller of the two.

Is the payment secure?

Yes, all transactions are 100% secure.

What payment methods do you accept?

 Credit card, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Returns & Refunds

We are available to advise you before your purchase (size, fit, material), to minimize returns and help you make the right choice from the first order.

How do I return an item?

Simply contact us by email or via the contact form, indicating your order number.

We will send you the procedure to follow.

Items must be:

• unworn

• unwashed

• with their original tags

Can I return an item?

Yes, you have 14 days after receiving your order to return an item to us.

Are returns free?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Easy Dressing is an independent, human-sized brand. In order to offer you fair prices, quality collections, and careful service, we have chosen not to include return costs in our prices.

This allows us to continue to create, select, and offer accessible pieces, without passing on these costs to the price of our products.

Why aren't return shipping fees covered?

Unlike major brands, we do not have the volume or margins to absorb return costs.

Systematically covering these costs would force us to increase the price of our items, which we do not wish to do.

Our priority remains to offer you accessible, high-quality, and sustainable fashion, with full transparency.
